Abstract

This research article is a critical analysis of globalization and the reasons for the decline of the welfare state. In this study, the changes and challenges of globalisation from Indian history till the present have been analysed. Major amendments are being made in Indian laws to measure the objectives and outcomes of those amendments. Moreover, the aim of conducting this study is to understand the condition of labourers on the scale of the welfare state and to contribute to effective labour policies for improving the ground reality of parliamentary laws. This study is doctrinal principle-based research. In this, based on previously determined facts and findings, the author will try to draw some effective outcomes by correctly corroborating all the factors as per his understanding.
